Dr Wessel Seyffert qualified as a dentist at Pretoria University in 1983 and attends regular continuous education to keep up with the newest products and treatments in dentistry .Dr. Seyffert opened his practice as a dentist in Hartswater Northern Cape  on 2 January 1987. The Seyffert practice has offered patients from Hartswater, Jan Kempdorp, Christiana, Taung and other towns within a 100 km radius or more a constant, good quality dental service for the past 32 years and continues to do so daily. Only top quality dental products and materials that last longer, are used in this practice. The following treatments are offered : basic dentistry (extractions and fillings), dental medical prescriptions, root canal treatment, full and partial dentures, gold inlays, orthodontic treatment (braces), crowns and bridges, cleaning and polishing teeth, bleaching teeth, treatment of gum disease and any other oral ailments, referral to dental specialists when necessary. Diagnostic equipment that can be used during the basic examination are digital X rays as well as digital panorex and cephalogram x rays. This diagnostic equipment enables the dentist to diagnose and treat dental, oral and jaw abnormalities accurately even if the patient is not aware of the problem yet.  Dr. Carlo Grebe from Kimberley visits the practice monthly for additional orthodontic treatment. The practice will be open from 8:00-17:00 (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, Wednesday mornings 8:00-14:00. Practice hours exclude Saturdays and public holidays. Be ensured that all safety measures are taken at the Seyffert practice, to keep our patients and staff safe. Wearing a mask will be compulsory on entrance untill government regulations are changed  . A strict cleaning protocol is followed as recommended by SADA (South African Dental Association).
